Join our core engineering team to build the future of AI-powered scheduling. You'll work on both our React/Next.js frontend and Node.js backend, implementing machine learning features and scaling our platform.
Requirements:
- •5+ years of full-stack development experience
- •Expert in React, TypeScript, and Node.js
- •Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
Lead the development of our AI scheduling optimization engine. You'll design and implement machine learning models that learn user patterns and optimize meeting times for better outcomes.
Requirements:
- •3+ years of ML engineering experience
- •Strong Python skills (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- •Experience with production ML systems
Design beautiful, intuitive experiences for our scheduling platform. You'll own the entire design process from research to implementation, working closely with engineering and product teams.
Requirements:
- •5+ years of product design experience
- •Strong portfolio of SaaS products
- •Expertise in Figma and design systems
Be the voice of our developer community. Create content, build demo apps, speak at conferences, and help developers integrate VardaCal's Platform API into their applications.
Requirements:
- •3+ years of software development experience
- •Excellent written and verbal communication
- •Experience creating technical content
Bridge the gap between our Platform API and enterprise customers. You'll demo our technology, design custom solutions, and help close major deals with technical buyers.

- •3+ years in sales engineering or solutions architecture
- •Strong technical background (coding experience)
- •Excellent presentation skills
Own the success of our Platform API customers. You'll onboard new customers, provide technical guidance, and ensure they're getting maximum value from VardaCal.
